Our Founder Mrs. Sharmon Causey, is the Founder and CEO of Wish You Well Youth Faith Foundation Inc, Author of a few books. Mrs., Causey. received an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Development, Bachelor's Degree in Community Development and a Masters of Science in Administration (Leadership) Degree from Central Michigan University. Mrs. Causey has a list of certification beyond her degrees:

Mrs. Causey's vast expertise in the extensive knowledge, in the field of Human Service has been instrumental in shaping the lives of others, which are child/youth, young adults and their families. Fostering strong bonds and promoting growth both within the community and within individuals themselves. Her multifaceted skill set encompasses  to help develop a great bond and help them Mrs. Causey developed  business skills, she is a Notary Public, wedding officiant minister, information leader, a trainer that has many skillset, she is a Notary Public, life coaching trainer, lead teacher, director, painter, inventor, hands-on-training program and educator, in several areas, program director. Also, the organization has several other services offer to ages 3 and up, which has led our foundation in mentoring, life coaching, many programs training session reentry programs for probation clients from recidivism & helping families across the state and other states by educating, coaching, mentoring, training, business skills, work though behavioral changes, re-entry from probation to growth etc. Mrs Causey put together a skill set and activity packages, online course to strengthen our todays' youth/young-adults & adults. We have also partnered with other organization, to help train our youth, young adults and their families for a changing world. The organization feed our outside brothers and sister (homeless) on a on going bases. The organization offers face-2-face program and online programs for youth/young-adults/adults and probation clients to move them forward. Donate to help support the cause.
